At JUN’S, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We currently ship to Canada, the United States, Europe (selected countries), and offer limited international shipping. If your country is not listed at checkout, feel free to contact us for assistance.
Estimated delivery times are as follows: 3–7 business days within Canada, 5–10 business days to the USA, 7–14 business days to Europe, and 10–21 business days for the rest of the world. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.
We offer free shipping on orders over $75 CAD for customers in Canada and the USA. Shipping rates for all other orders are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. If your package is delayed, lost, or shows any issues, contact us at contact@juns.store and we’ll be happy to assist.
